DRMC was founded by Victoria Ribeiro and is supported by a network of experts in graphic design, web design, social media, promotions, sales, and grass roots marketing.

Over the course of her career, Victoria Ribeiro, inadvertently became a small business expert. A Southern York County resident, Susquehannock High School graduate, and Penn State alumna, Victoria intended to settle into the corporate workaday world upon her college graduation and get comfortable until retirement. That didn’t quite turn out the way she planned.

From her first professional job at a small television station to her recent adventures in the traveling museum exhibition industry, Victoria has, instead, worn a lot of hats for an interesting variety of entrepreneurs. Often referred to, and even credited in a Las Vegas production, as “The Glue,” she found that small business owners relied upon her to be the “man-behind-the-man.” She developed a knack for seeing the details behind the owners’ big picture goals, and she actively tackled them one by one. As she developed her career, Victoria grew to be an efficient asset to each company along the way, with a monster work ethic and an excellent reputation as a pleasant, dedicated, straight shooter who simply got the job done.

After performing a variety of functions in areas such as publicity, event planning, marketing, media buying, corporate rebranding, client relations, sales, and office, personnel, and stage management for entertainment ventures on the Las Vegas Strip, she moved on to the exhibition and attractions industry. Throughout the years, her skill set grew more focused on the marketing aspect of each position, and Victoria developed a niche talent for putting butts in seats, selling tickets, increasing foot traffic, and generally building exposure resulting in company growth. She was recruited and referred to every position she held over the years since she graduated from Penn State. And not one of them was a 9-to-5.

Today, Victoria is committed to establishing deep, lasting roots back in her home community in Southern York County where she lives with her husband (a high school sweetheart, even!), and their three canine housemates. She volunteers for the community of Glen Rock, PA as an elected member of the Glen Rock Borough Council, an organizer of the Glen Rock Arts & Brew Fest, and a fundraiser for the Glen Rock Dog Park. As a conscientious participant in her community, Victoria spends a lot of time talking with the local small business owners about their goals and their struggles. In those talks, she realized that her entire career has provided her with the tools to help these entrepreneurs thrive.

From that realization, Deep Roots Marketing Communications (DRMC) was born. The name “Deep Roots” stems from Victoria’s desire to be grounded in her community as well as her goal to continue helping small business owners plant the right seeds needed to grow and thrive.
